About Elias

Hi! I’m a native Spanish teacher living in Malahide with a strong passion for education and language learning. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education from Spain and I am currently expanding my qualifications with a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE).

Having moved to Ireland to work in the education sector, I understand firsthand the experience of mastering a new language. I love helping students bridge the gap between English and Spanish, boosting their confidence, and making exam preparation structured, enjoyable, and stress-free.

About the lesson

My lessons are practical, structured, and fully tailored to the Irish national curriculum (SEC). As a native Spanish teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in ELE, I combine pedagogical techniques with real-world conversational practice.

I specialize in preparing students for the Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate exams. My primary focus is building confidence for the Oral Exam (25% of final marks) through simulated roleplays, picture sequences, and accent correction.

My teaching style is modern, dynamic, and approachable, creating a comfortable space where teenagers feel confident to speak, make mistakes, and improve rapidly without classroom pressure.

Each standard 60-minute lesson includes interactive speaking practice, key vocabulary building, and step-by-step guidance on written opinion pieces using official past papers.
