About Mariana
Hi! I’m Mariana Nájera, a native Spanish speaker from Mexico. I have experience teaching students from as young as 3 to adults in their 30s, including extensive work with autistic teenagers. I’m a very patient teacher, so no worries if learning takes you a little more time, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way. My lessons focus mainly on speaking. While we do cover grammar, my priority is helping you feel confident having real conversations. In a typical class, we’ll get to know each other and choose topics that genuinely interest you — because the best way to learn is by talking about what motivates you.
We also explore literature, and you’ll pick up new vocabulary in every session.
I have experience teaching German high school students and supporting them in preparing for their Abitur. If your goal is to dive deep into grammar and structure, we can absolutely tailor the lessons to that too.
These lessons are ideal for people who are passionate about Spanish-speaking cultures, or for middle and high school students aiming to ace their exams.
