About Heinrich
I was born and raised in Leipzig, Sachsen and have thus spoken German my entire life but I also have a C2 proficiency certificate from the Goethe Institut as well. I take my language, culture, and history very seriously and will do my best to teach what is correct. I can also aid in academic language as I was educated at a German university. My English is also at a native level so no worries about any type of communication barriers though I do ask that you have at least some prior general linguistic knowledge or at least a good or above average understanding of how English functions as a language. It may sound silly but you can’t learn anything if you have no frame of reference.

I‘m a native speaker and am certified as C2, I am passionate about my culture, language, and history as well. If necessary I can aid in understanding a few other dialects aside from standard Hochdeutsch as well. Serious inquiries only. More than willing to help start with someone who has no prior experience with German as well, I’ve taught several people from nothing over the years. I also speak C2 English so there’s no worries of any type of communication barriers.
