About Wiebke
Nice to meet you, I'm Wiebke, born in Germany and moved to England in 2019. My main interests are music, languages and maths and I love passing on what I know. Teaching, especially in a private setting, keeps a person on their toes, figuring out the perfect individual approach for each student and I love that, as it allows me to explore the subjects I am passionate about from many different angles and share them with you. I enjoy it a lot when my students feel good about the progress they're making. If with my passion for these subjects I can inspire even just one person, that would make me happy.
I studied physics and music at university and have experience as a violin teacher, but would love to also teach language, especially German, since I'm a native speaker.

I offer German lessons for people of all ages - wether you need some help for your GCSEs, A levels or are simply interested in the language. Or perhaps you need someone to proofread or help translate something you wrote.
Lesson length is up to you, depending on what you need and feel most comfortable with. Anything between 30-90 min.

If you forget to cancel and especially if I travelled in vain, please reimburse me for the time I lost by paying 50% of the lesson cost. Thank you!
Travel costs only apply if I have to take public transport or have to travel further than 20min by bike.
