About Ann

My name is Ann, I am 24 years old and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. Swahili is my first language and I use it every day with family and friends. I am a friendly and patient person who loves sharing Kenyan culture with people from around the world. I have helped friends from abroad learn Swahili for travel and work. I love teaching because I enjoy seeing my students speak their first Swahili sentence with confidence. I am excited to meet you and help you on your Swahili journey!

About the lesson

Jambo! I'm a native Swahili speaker from Nairobi. I teach fun and simple conversational Swahili for beginners, travelers, and families living abroad. My lessons are very interactive, we focus on speaking, listening and daily words you will actually use in Kenya. I use pictures, stories and real life examples. No boring grammar. Perfect for anyone who wants to learn real street Swahili quickly and confidently. Karibu sana!
