About Mokshita
I am a 4.0 GPA Biochemistry undergraduate with a strong background in Biology and Chemistry, including a 42/45 in the IB program with top scores in Higher Level subjects. I’ve developed a deep understanding of how these subjects are tested through extensive practice and academic experience.
I adapt to each student’s pace and focus on building clear, lasting understanding. With 100+ hours experience peer tutoring at the high school level, I help students strengthen the fundamentals and gain confidence.
Over the summer, I focus on helping students get ahead—reviewing key concepts, addressing weak areas, and preparing them for the upcoming school year.

My sessions are typically structured into four stages:
1. Diagnose the problem: Pinpoint whether it's the concept, type of question, or exam technique that's holding you back.
2. Break it down simply: I explain the concept intuitively, adapting to your learning needs so that you understand the material.
3. Purposeful Practice: We work through targeted, exam-style questions together so you learn how to apply the concept under pressure.
4. "Lock in": By the end, you should be able to approach similar questions confidently on your own.
What sets me apart is my focus on high-yield learning. I’ve worked through extensive practice myself, so I know which concepts actually show up on exams and how they’re tested. Sessions are efficient and focused, so you get your money's worth.
My lessons are suited for middle school and high school students, including those in IB or other advanced programs, who want to strengthen their understanding, improve their grades, or prepare for exams.
