About Kian
As I was going through college, and searching for jobs - I realized that it was a process more difficult than advertised. Some of the questions that I had to answer for myself were: What field do I want to get into? Can I get into the field that I am studying for? If not, how else can I get a job? How do I gain experience in my field of study? These questions were difficult for me to answer, and there were many trial-and-errors along the way.
To get assistance with this entire process, I went to my school career advice department for some answers. Although they were friendly people, I was only able to get a quick resume check, but many of my career advice questions went unanswered. Looking back at this time, I wished I had someone who would have given me a 1-on-1 coaching/advice sessions to guide me in the right direction.
This career guidance is what I would like to offer you. The ability to have career advice questions answered while you're still in school. I'd love to review your resume, provide advice on getting into internships, or simply be a listener to any job anxiety that you might be having as a Junior or Senior (it happened to me!). I look forward to meeting you folks, and provide career guidance that so many young folks need.

Once we connect, simply inform me on the topic of career coaching you need (resume review, job application, interview prep, etc.). After this is determined, I will prepare, and provide you with material that you can reference as we go through our coaching session.
Lessons are typically booked for 60 mins. During this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions/concerns you have about your future job prospect as a student. These conversations are free-flowing - allow you to talk, and me listen, and ready to help!
Most of you will be college students (Juniors/Seniors), but I am more than happy to coach anyone that needs a little help with their careers.
