Through remote support and one on one training, I’ve helped seniors, students, professionals, and small business owners get comfortable with both everyday tech and advanced tools. Whether you're setting up a new laptop, learning how to use cloud storage, or troubleshooting app issues, I’ll walk you through each step with clear explanations and zero pressure. I focus on building tech confidence, not just solving problems. You'll learn how to navigate your Mac, PC, or iOS device with greater independence, and I’m always happy to revisit topics until they stick. My sessions are calm, encouraging, and always tailored to your specific needs from basic setups and file organization to app tutorials, email setup, and system optimization. Common lessons I offer include: Setting up and customizing Windows or macOS Navigating iOS or managing iCloud Troubleshooting and system clean up Installing and using apps like Microsoft Office, Zoom, or Adobe tools Organizing files, backing up data, and managing online accounts Internet safety and basic cybersecurity tips Why I Teach Technology can be empowering but only when it’s understood. I teach because I genuinely enjoy helping people move from confusion to confidence. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone who once felt intimidated by their tech now feel fully in control of it.

About the lesson

With over 30 years of experience, I’ve worked extensively as both a technical support specialist and trainer including 8 years at Apple, where I supported and trained teams in solving real world issues across macOS, iOS, and beyond. I’ve also worked hands on with Windows systems since version 1.01, providing expert guidance and solutions for users of all levels.

I specialize in bridging the gap between platforms, and have deep experience with dozens of programs that run on both Windows and Apple devices from productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Adobe Creative Cloud to email clients, cloud storage, and security software.

What I offer (remotely):

One on one tech support and training for Mac, PC, and iOS

Troubleshooting software, updates, slow systems, and more

Coaching for beginners, seniors, students, and remote workers

Setup and support for programs and apps used in daily life or business

Friendly, no pressure help from someone who explains things clearly

During our lesson, we reviewed his Mac, iPhone, and iPad and began developing a structured file organization system to better manage documents across his Apple, Google, and Microsoft accounts.
