About Paolo Jose
Hello!
My name is Paolo and I currently work as a cancer research nurse in clinical trials where we administer new and ground-breaking treatments for patients in a specialised facility.
I have extensive experience in brain cancer and cancer research, where I also teach and mentor undergraduate nursing students.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Led the establishment of a brain cancer centre of excellence in the UK
- Received individual and team awards and recognition for work in cancer
- Key member of the multidisciplinary team in cancer research and clinical trials to ensure patient safety

I have an 14-year nursing background mainly in adult medical-surgical nursing, neurosciences, and neuro-oncology research. I support nursing and medical students in the hospital and with virtual sessions.
