About Himanshi
I am currently a postgraduate student pursuing Masters in Neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
I am conducting my research project on Parkinson's Disease at the Paris Brain Institute in Paris, France.
I pursued my undergraduate degree in Life Sciences (Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry)
Over the course of my education, I have also gained laboratory experience in cell and molecular biology, genetics, and biotechnology.
I also have 3 years of experience in training students and professionals in oncology, neurology, and the underlying mechanisms of the disease.
I am quite fascinated with the brain and hence I am pursuing a degree in Neuroscience. My program helped me better understand a developing brain and hence I want to use this knowledge to make learning more enjoyable through my lessons.

I teach science and biology from primary, and secondary school to leaving certificate level and the typical length of my lesson varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
My teaching methodology involves demonstrating scientific concepts using presentations and schematics to provide the students with an interactive way of understanding the concept. I study Neuroscience and I understand that every student has a different way of learning hence, my lessons are personalized and tailored to the learning style of the student.
I also provide students with learning strategies, exam-style questions, and revisions to any topic they might be struggling with.
