About Remy
I’m Remy Scheren — New on this platform -- bassist, synth player, and producer with the band Yin Yin, known for our psychedelic funk sound and over 500,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. I started playing music when I was 12 and hit the road as a touring musician by 16. I never learned traditional music theory, but I developed a deep understanding of feel, groove, and what makes something truly unique. I'm not "just a teacher" but rather a professional music producer that wants to pass knowledge and help people reach their goals as artists. My playing blends funk precision with psychedelic energy, and my live setups come from years of experience on stage and in the studio. I fly across the world playing worldwide tours (60 shows a year) and have a Master's in Arts. I’m now based in Berlin, where I offer lessons focused on real-world musicianship — intuitive, expressive, and always connected to the bigger picture of art.
