I am a certified practitioner of neuro linguistic programming, time line therapy and hypnosis. I teach techniques that enable you to eliminate many issues in your past, thus allowing you to move forward toward your goals and desires. I have tools and techniques from the past 6 years of learning and growing.

My teaching methods are done through one on one process. We discover and learn about the unconscious mind, learn new tools for dealing with stress and anxiety. A class is usually an hour and you will have homework and be held accountable for your actions. We teach happiness, wisdom and harmony. Our foundation starts with self and loving yourself.
