About Tal
I studied journalism and history at Northwestern University where I turned around 3+ articles and at least one essay every week. I became an expert at quickly turning around compelling, error-free writing under tight deadlines, with strict word count restrictions.
In addition to a published byline in the Washington Post, I've written for the Daily Northwestern and worked as a research assistant for Northwestern's Medill Investigative Lab and MOSAIC Research Lab. I'm a 2021 winner of the Associated Collegiate Press awards for student journalism, the 2021 "Best of Medill" awards, and a runner-up for the Breckenridge Prize for the Personal Essay.
Having to work ten times as hard throughout school to manage my severe ADHD, I've developed a passion for instruction and explanations that are clear, linear, and accessible to all students. I'm passionate about instruction, tutoring, and mentorship for students of all ages, and I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
