I feel understanding of the subject is very important along with the correct timing of the revision of the chapters. I would take oral or written test on the regular basis. I will teach according to the students ability to catch the concepts. As it depends on the kind of students, how they learn the things. Along with teaching skills, good relationship with the students is also the imperative part of teaching as if they are not comfortable they won't ask questions whatever comes in their mind. These are some techniques on which I would highlight through my teaching process.
