How my service works; Following a conversation (can be done by mail / skype etc ...) regarding your situation, history / experience, interests, goals etc. I define a program periodized with objectives for the long and the short term.
From there on, there is a total availability (by sms / mail ..) to discuss the training (sensations, evolutions, etc). The client agrees to report his training once a week (minimum), which allows me to adapt the training program constantly. It is strongly recommended to take video regularly to allow the coach to evaluate the technique in each exercise.
30e / month. first month; 20th.
