About Sean
I am a committed and patient tutor who believes that every student can excel in Science with the right guidance and mindset. Having graduated from Saint Andrew’s Junior College with strong results in H2 Chemistry and H2 Biology, and now pursuing my degree in Sports Science and Management at NTU, I bring both academic knowledge and practical understanding of scientific concepts to my lessons.
My teaching approach focuses on uncovering the “why” behind scientific ideas before applying them to problem-solving and exam questions. I design lessons that are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s strengths and goals, ensuring steady progress and confidence in tackling Chemistry and general Science topics.

As a dedicated NTU Sports Science and Management undergraduate and SAJC graduate with an A-Level background in H2 Chemistry and Biology, I focus on building strong conceptual understanding and applying scientific principles to real-world examples. My lessons are interactive and structured around each student’s learning style, using step-by-step problem-solving, visual explanations, and regular review quizzes to strengthen understanding.
A typical lesson lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s schedule and learning pace. I create customized study materials and ensure that each session reinforces key exam topics while developing critical thinking skills.
My tutoring is ideal for primary and secondary school students who want to improve their performance in Chemistry (Normal or Organic) and general Science, whether they are seeking exam preparation, concept reinforcement, or a deeper grasp of the subject.
