About Estefania
My name is Estefania, and I’m passionate about helping others take control of their health through nutrition and movement. I’m a university student with a strong interest in wellness, Pilates, and balanced living, and I’ve spent years learning how to create effective, personalized meal and workout plans.
I also understand firsthand the challenges of nutrition and body image, as I’ve worked through my own experiences with binge eating. This has given me empathy, insight, and a real understanding of how to approach nutrition in a supportive and sustainable way.
I focus on creating practical, easy-to-follow plans that fit each person’s lifestyle and goals. My approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to the individual, whether you’re new to fitness, looking to understand your macros, or aiming to build a consistent healthy routine.

Hi there! My name is Estefania, and my approach to personal training and nutrition is simple, practical, and personalized. My methodology includes:
