About GUNJAN
I come from an academic background in health and yogic sciences, with a deep interest in how food, lifestyle, and the mind work together. My journey into nutrition didn’t begin with weight loss trends or social media advice. It began with studying the body, observing habits, and understanding how small, consistent choices shape long-term health. I believe nutrition should be simple, culturally familiar, and sustainable. Indian food already has wisdom — it just needs clarity and balance, not restriction. My teaching style is calm, patient, and practical. I focus on helping students understand why something works, so they can make informed choices rather than follow rules blindly. I work especially well with beginners, students, and women who feel confused or overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice. For me, health is not about control. It’s about awareness, rhythm, and respect for the body.
