About Rose
I believe health and wellbeing can only be achieved with the integration of body, mind and soul, food, rest/stress management and movement. We can only feel wholeheartedly healthy once we integrate all the different elements which make us whole. Five years of experience teaching nutrition and wellbeing for groups at retreats and 1-2-1 privately.

Over the years I’ve transformed my own life and I’ve seen incredible changes in the lives and health of my clients. However, experience has taught me that full transformation and success can only be achieved when we learn to integrate body, mind and soul –
when we give equal attention to the role played by food, rest and integrative movement.

when we are aware of the reasons behind our behaviour.
The search for a wholeheartedly healthy life is a journey we build day by day, step by step. It is a journey I practise daily and through my work, I empower and support my clients to embrace their journey to a wholeheartedly healthy life.
