About Meals and Moves
I am Pooja Chavan. I am Nutritionist, currently pursuing my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, also an Internationally certified Yoga Instructor.
I am fascinated about the working of the human body and how food affects and changes it in ways.
Therefore, my mission is to make people stay healthy, fit and live long and happy. You are 70% your food and 30% your workout, that's why I am here to offer you a combo which will help you be the best.
My Mantra: You are what you eat.

Hello Students!
I am a Nutritionist and an Internationally certified Yoga Instructor.
I am here to teach:
1. Yoga: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Nidra.
Suitable for: Weight loss, Health issues (Diabetes, PCOS/PCOD, Thyroid, etc), Pregnant mothers, Post Natal, Maintaining Fitness.
2.Science of Nutrition: Basics of Nutritional subjects (Human Nutrition, Biochemistry, Medical Nutritional Therapy, Physiology), Diet Planning.
Suitable for: People wanting general knowledge about Nutrition and wants to learn the basics of Nutrition and Diet Planning
3. Diet Planning: For those who wants me as their Personal Nutritionist to achieve any certain health goal (Weight gain, Weight loss, Diabetes, PCOS/PCOD, Thyroid, Pre and Post natal, etc. (Includes Consultations, Diet Plan, Exercise Plan, Follow ups each week and much more)
