My name is Rosie and I am passionate helping women boost body confidence and lose weight without having to go hungry.
I take an ancestral approach to nutrition, meaning we aim to eat like our hunter gatherer ancestors. This allows the body to heal so that weight loss can be a healthy side effect. We also focus on strength training to supercharger your results and help you feel powerful.
