About Peyton

I have never taught my own students or given official lessons; however, I feel that we never truly stop being students. Psychology applies to everyday people in everyday life, and I believe it always will. I have guided many friends, family, acquaintances, and even strangers in their respective times of need--with compassion and empathy and, more importantly, without any judgment or expectations.

About the lesson

I have never officially given Psychology lessons, but I have been fascinated and engrossed in studying and understanding the field -- both academically and in real-life application. But, I tend to process things logically and objectively, albeit with respect and compassion.

And, personally, I think it is crucial for all of us -- especially those with young, developing minds -- to be taught and to be afforded the opportunity to grasp some basic or fundamental understanding of at least one inherent truth, and that is this:

Each and every individual, with whom you have already crossed paths or with whom you might eventually cross paths, has lived their own individual life fraught with their own experiences or lack thereof -- a journey entirely separate from your own (or anyone else's, for that matter).

It's important to remember what makes us human: both the good and the bad. Then, the next step is to apply it to your life so that you may genuinely live a better one -- or at least not impede others from trying to do the same.
