About Julia
Having designed my own concentration at NYU's Gallatin School of Individualised Study and as a Myers Briggs personality type certified practitioner, I help students brainstorm and identify a story that only they can tell. As a solo writer and performer, I teach students how to create the emotional arc of their story and use every word as an opportunity to captivate the reader.

Personal essays are an opportunity to explore and refine what part of yourself you will share on paper. I work in the entertainment industry where success is reliant on why your story matters. We will find what is specific to you. As a screenwriter, I will help you make each word count, hit emotional beats and pace your essay so the reader will know why they should admit you. 1 hour sessions
