About David
I actually love teaching. I try to inspire my students into loving the subject and was able to "turn" reluctant students into devotees, both in Math and Physics. That includes hesitant students at first that went on to AP course and to Engineering school

My teaching philosophy is based on using mental skills while learning or solving problems rather than rote memorization: 1) understanding what is asked; 2) consider possible ways to address the challenge; 3) apply the method and 4) verify the results (does it make sense).
