About Shubham

I graduated from Langara College in Associate of Science: Computer Science. Along with my academics, I also worked as a Maths (Calculus and Algebra) peer tutor on campus for almost 2 years because I like to help others as much as I can. During my time at UBC, I worked as a teacher assistant for some CPSC courses. Plus, I’ve been doing tutoring for almost 8 years now as an independent tutor.

About the lesson

I really believe everyone is different and learns differently. So, I try to observe first from the student's perspective the way he/she learns. I work patiently and with dedication to make sure that the student is able to understand everything properly. I also take tests on a regular basis to record the progress just to make sure that we're on the same page, which also will help the student prepare for the actual tests in school or college.

Perfect! Shubham is very knowledgeable in higher-level Math (college and University material), especially when it comes to tips and tricks for solving difficult problems, which is very beneficial when the textbook cannot provide what I needed.
