About Ansh

I was an academic scholar at Oakham School and now am a medical student at Leicester. I have tutored GCSE maths for a couple of years, helping students of varying ability. I also helped my brother with GCSE maths who obtained a 9 this year.

About the lesson

I will be using Zoom to tutor those up to year 11. My typical lesson length will be an hour, focusing on specific topics. What I tend to do is to explain a concept and then give practice questions. This to see whether they have understood the concept and also to improve their exam technique. I will then go through the mark scheme with them to help them understand how the examiner was thinking.

Perfect! Ansh has been a brilliant tutor for my son. He takes time to explain things in a way that my son understands and provides tips on how he can improve. He has really helped to increase my sons confidence in maths and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have known Ansh for 3 years, and have been consistently impressed by his courteous and studious nature. I have no doubt in his ability to assist with Ancient Greek and Latin, considering he is one of the most talented at these subjects for his age. Ansh also has an aptitute to fully explain concepts in a way that is neither rushed or giving needless information. As well as his ability to explain concepts, Ansh is also very hard-working and Im sure will do his utmost to provide engaging and helpful assistance. I would certainly recommend him.
