About Ellen

I work for the NHS as an Assistant Practice Manager. I have two step kids and enjoy helping them both with their literacy.
Being well spoken and educated is something I aspire to pass on to as many individuals as possible and not just my step children.

About the lesson

I am a firm believer in everyone has their own ways of learning and retaining the information.
I like to support and empower the individual to speak up when things are too fast paced or the chosen method ends up not working - after all it takes time.
I believe an hour a day is more than enough to get stuck in and not run the risk of the individual feeling overwhelmed and not taking the information in.

I have spent more time tutoring 12 years of age and over but more than happy for requests to be made for those younger.
