Hi, I’m Kellie Delka, a professional athlete with over 15 years of experience, currently training for my second Olympics. I began my athletic journey as a Division I track and field athlete and cheerleader at North Texas University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. My passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and mental conditioning techniques. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or striving to reach the next level, I’m here to support and guide you.

My Approach as a Tutor
As an Olympian and kinesiology graduate, my teaching approach is focused on creating personalized, results-driven training programs tailored to each individual's goals, fitness level, and unique needs. I combine my extensive athletic experience with scientific principles to help clients unlock their full physical and mental potential.

Typical Online lesson
Introduction & Check-In (5 minutes):
Quick discussion about your goals, current progress, and how you're feeling that day.
Address any questions or adjustments needed for the session.
Guided Warm-Up (10 minutes):
Dynamic movements and mobility exercises demonstrated live on video, with verbal cues to ensure proper form.
Focus on preparing the body and mind for the workout ahead.
Main Training Session (30 minutes):
A personalized workout focused on your goals (strength, endurance, flexibility, or balance).
Exercises are demonstrated live, with step-by-step guidance and real-time feedback to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Options provided for equipment-based or bodyweight exercises, depending on your setup.
Cool-Down & Recovery (5 minutes):
Stretching exercises and relaxation techniques to promote recovery.
Incorporate guided breathing for mindfulness and stress relief.
Mindset Coaching & Wrap-Up (5-10 minutes):
Brief session focused on mental strategies like visualization, goal-setting, or motivation techniques.
Review progress, set goals for the next session, and provide any additional tips or homework (e.g., mobility exercises, mindfulness practices, or nutrition reminders).
