I am Rafiqi, I have over 10 years of experience in Boxing & Muay Thai and a 2 year experience as a certified Boxing & Muay Thai coach. I've coached two fighters under my current gym, and both emerged victorious.
I will usually work from mastering the basics, and build up from it; delivering both fitness and competitive training (depending on your set goals). And yes, kids are welcome too!
