About Manveer
I began working on my fitness goals around 5 years ago, after a serious knee injury. Not only did I make a full recovery, but I discovered the worlds of weightlifting and cardio. Since then, I have been committed to ensuring my physical wellbeing is a priority, and I haven't looked back since. I want to help you - whether it's to do with improving your confidence, or similarly helping you overcome an injury or even mental obstacle. I assure you that my coaching, combined with a plan of consistency, shall produce the results you desire.
