About Claire

I had a profound experience of my self in 2013 which forever changed the way I understand reality. Since then I have been visiting the holy mountain Arunachala in India as well as taking pilgrimages to sacred sites of inspiration around the world. I currently work for a Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Life Coaching company and am undertaking certification with them. I was taught New Age meditation techniques as a child by my mother who is a full time professional spiritual coach, specialising in transmission of light codes. I have been practising yoga from the age of 16 (over 20 years). I have completed a degree in Indigenous spirituality and environmental philosophy; and have an Advanced Tantra Yoga Teaching certificate; as well as being trained as a Luxor Light Healer & Teacher. All paths lead to the same truth. Let's discover together the variety of ways toward that everlasting bliss inside.

About the lesson

I teach meditation techniques which have been recorded in ancient scriptures of tantric yoga traditions. Discover who you truly are and find eternal peace. These techniques can be applied beyond your seated meditation practice into every moment of your life. Techniques will vary in each lesson and we will track the application of your study in how you are integrating it into your daily challenges and opportunities.
