About Suzy
Six years of experience in boxing, k 1 style kickboxing, Muay thai and self defense. Every moment in martial arts is a complete joy that lasts forever in my soul and mind. I will share my experience of using sport to fight, increase self-confidence, happiness, skills, and the efficiency of daily routines. You can learn martial arts movements, shadow boxing, bodyweight exercises and more. Have access to a sandbag? More fun, more power and more calories to burn. Have a partner? Learn drills and be able to fight.
