I am Dr. Arooj Fatima, an experienced Assistant Professor of Chemistry and passionate educator dedicated to helping students understand Chemistry in a simple, clear, and interesting way. With my strong academic background and teaching experience, I focus not only on completing the syllabus but also on building students’ concepts, confidence, problem-solving skills, and examination performance.

I prepare well-structured, student-centered lesson plans according to the learning needs and academic level of my students. My lesson planning begins with clearly defined learning objectives, followed by an engaging introduction, activation of students’ prior knowledge, assessment of their understanding, and systematic delivery of the new concept.
I use the sequence “Engage → Activate Prior Knowledge → Assess → Teach” to make lessons interactive and meaningful. For example, I may begin a Chemistry lesson with a simple Mentimeter question to engage students and assess what they already know before introducing the new topic.
