About Arooj

I am Dr. Arooj Fatima, an experienced Assistant Professor of Chemistry and passionate educator dedicated to helping students understand Chemistry in a simple, clear, and interesting way. About the lesson

I prepare well-structured, student-centered lesson plans according to the learning needs and academic level of my students. My lesson planning begins with clearly defined learning objectives, followed by an engaging introduction, activation of students’ prior knowledge, assessment of their understanding, and systematic delivery of the new concept.

I use the sequence “Engage → Activate Prior Knowledge → Assess → Teach” to make lessons interactive and meaningful. For example, I may begin a Chemistry lesson with a simple Mentimeter question to engage students and assess what they already know before introducing the new topic.
