About Riley
Hello! :)
7 years ago I became vegan and immediately fell in love with the new flavors, colors and cooking possibilities I discovered...
Throughout that time I shared my creations on my social networks, both on Instagram and YouTube, in a very casual way, and whenever I shared a photo the messages asking for recipes, tips or good restaurant recommendations were immense.
For the 2 years and a half, I worked as a cook (and eventually sous chef). Firstly in an award-winning restaurant in the center of Lisbon, Portugal where I further deepened my knowledge of cooking and then in a fully vegan restaurant in Seoul, South Korea where I learned about korean and other eastern asian cuisines as well as a lot of new vegan cooking techniques.
So, I decided to share with you everything I learned!

I work both in the form of individual classes and in the format of packages!
The classes are always personalized for the students in question: you can bring a recipe you want to discover, an event you want to impress your guests at, or you can purchase a themed class package!
The themed class packages I have already prepared are:
- simple and economical everyday vegan recipes (7 lessons)
- vegan dessert bases (typical European or American sweets) (5 classes)
- more advanced vegan desserts (typical European or American sweets) (5 to 10 classes, depending on the student's initial level)
- vegan alternatives to typical mediterranean or american savory dishes (5 to 10 classes, depending on the student's initial level)
Besides cooking classes, I also do vegan 101 classes full of day-to-day vegan tips for beginners:
- tips on how to do simple substitutions in non vegan restaurants
- lists of what to buy at the supermarket for a simple but nutritionally balanced pantry
- weekly meal-prep
(all of these are usually 1 to 3 classes)
