About Rachel
I have a degree in Political Science and Philosophy, a Bachelor of Education degree in elementary education, and am in the process of completing a Masters of Education degree. I have experience in drafting and editing resumes, cover letters, and statements of interest/personal statements for post-secondary and employment applications.

When it comes to letters of interest/cover letters, I conduct all editing alongside the student, so if we do not get through the whole of the piece, they can carry on in the same vein on their own time. In tutoring for English, I prefer to have discussion-based lessons. I like to challenge the student to express themselves in oral and written methods, and to draw analogies or provide explanations wherever possible to increase skills across the board.
