About Sarah
I have a long career in teaching English Language and Literature at KS3, KS4 and A Level, and have a wealth of knowledge that will help you to achieve success in your studies. I have taught in schools for over 25 years and have considerable experience teaching online and as a private tutor. I have also worked as an examiner for AQA and have extensive experience teaching ESL.

In my lessons I use a range of interactive tools, resources and fun activities tailored to suit individual needs and requirements. My aim is that each student should make progress in a kind, warm environment and any lesson with me would begin with discussing prior knowledge and expectations. All skills would be addressed and time taken to reflect and evaluate new learning. It would also be important to narrow down what specific areas require further practice and consolidation.
