About Fern

I am a graduate in BSc Culinary Arts Management, MSc Food Science and Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight management.
I have also been cheffing for 12 years and in food development roles for 5 years.
I am a vegan myself and now a food content creator! Let’s get you excited about food too!

About the lesson

Hey!

Trying to navigate the world or vegan or plant-based food and don’t know where to start?

I am a Ex head chef, Freelance Nutritional Therapist and food content creator. I want people to be as wild and confident in the kitchen as I am so I am going to help you get there!
What do you want to learn? Healthy food? Midweek meals? Your favourite takeaway at home? I have you covered!
Seems a bit odd cooking classes online but as long as you have a kitchen and a camera we can cook together no problem! Some lessons will be theory and learning about food and buying and some will be hands on! So get ready to be eating delicious meals in no time!

Perfect! Fern is amazing. One of those people you just know you could be friends with! She really takes time to understand what you want out of your time with her and plans appropriately. Can not wait for the next lesson!

I have always found Fern to be reliable and trustworthy as well as being a fantastic teacher, mentor and coach during our time working together. She is extremely conscientious and would have no Heston recommending her.

I have worked with Fern twice, and both times she has shown to be conscientious, hard working and thorough in her work. She takes pride in a good job well done. She has a very personable manner, is a very thoughtful and caring co worker, and a general joy to be around.
I have always been impressed with the energy Fern brings to work, and found her enthusiasm and good nature very motivating. She would be a great addition to any team, and as a tutor, would be very engaging.
