This is an online lesson structure where I will Skype with you on a weekly basis, or maybe just a few lessons if you just need a couple of tips, and we will look at your diet and eating habits and lifestyle and how we can improve. Each session you will be given new tips and tricks to help you achieve you desired goals and I support you through your journey.
