About Marissa
I am a Professional Basketball Player, Coach and Personal Trainer.
Growing up, the gym was my scapegoat. Whether I was feeling happy, mad or sad, working on myself always had a positive effect on me. It also helped me reach a higher level in my basketball career. Recently I played in Germany and Australia, whilst simultaneously winning Gold in a FIBA tournament.
My goal is therefore, not only to help you achieve your goals, but to fall in love with the process, just like I did. Whether you want to look better, feel better and/or increase performance in sports and activities, I'm here to make the process fun, exciting and time efficient.

We work based on your body, goals and lifestyle.
No two people are alike and so there is no one-size-fits-all training program. Instead, we begin by analysing your current health and fitness levels in detail, before proceeding to identify your specific training requirements and goals. Once these two processes are successfully completed, we begin with a training program tailored specifically to you as an individual.
