After a successful career in Human Resources, I made the leap into the fitness industry to pursue what truly drives me—empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My journey began with my own personal commitment to fitness, and now, with my certifications and hands-on experience, I specialise in creating personalised training and nutrition plans tailored to individual needs. My approach is all about understanding where my clients are coming from and guiding them towards sustainable, realistic results.
