About Flor

Today, I have over 10 years experience teaching Spanish and French within different education systems and working with international learners in France and abroad.

In the French education system, I've taught Spanish as a foreign language in the public school (Éducation Nationale). In Buenos Aires, I've taught Spanish university students and foreigners settling in Buenos Aires, as well as within companies, such as Carrefour and Total.

In addition, I have a lot of experience preparing students for DELE (Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language) and CELU (Certificate of Spanish: Language and Use) exams, from A1 to C2. I've also helped students with university courses or professional needs.

I love traveling, foreign languages and education, then I decided to study something that allows me to travel and work in different countries: I've got a Master's Degree in Didactics of French as a Foreign and Second Language (FLE and FLS) and recently, a Master's Degree in Language Sciences.

Experiences as a language teacher showed me that learn a language is the result of a co-construction, which is why the student becomes the creator of his own learning under the teacher's supervision. Lessons become a space of sharing and support where the student acquires a language, but also develops a critical, curious and creative spirit.

I really enjoy teaching and I think that I can transmit the enthusiasm my students need to be confident and speak the language they learn.

Your progress is my priority so my classes are designed to fully support your language skills development, following your needs and learning style. Then, you’ll discover and understand the structure of the language and you’ll improve your confidence and fluency to use French or Spanish in real life situations, enjoying the content and the course. Indeed, since the important thing is to communicate your message and to explain yourself, courses are focused on communication. During the lesson, you’ll work on different skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Probably, you’ll make mistakes when you’ll express yourself, but we need them: they will allow us to work on grammar rules and pronunciation and discover new words.
