About Lalitha
I grew up in a small town in India and have seen many bright, hardworking people fall behind—not because they lacked ability, but because they struggled to communicate their ideas confidently in English. This has shaped the way I approach spoken English. My goal is to help learners communicate more effectively so their skills, knowledge, and efforts are seen and valued. I focus on building confidence and clarity through regular speaking practice in a supportive environment. I have a background in management education and a strong interest in helping people communicate with confidence. My teaching style is calm and encouraging, and I enjoy supporting learners who may have felt overlooked or discouraged in traditional English classes.
