About Vijay
I am a passionate educator with an MSc in Organic Chemistry and am currently pursuing B.Ed to refine my teaching skills. My journey in education started at "Shishumandir", where I learned the importance of patience and structured learning. Having successfully guided many home tuition students to excellent results, I realized that teaching is my true calling.
Currently, I am also preparing for CSIR-NET and GATE in Chemical Sciences, which allows me to stay deeply connected with advanced concepts and problem-solving techniques. I want to share this knowledge with students who find Chemistry challenging. My goal is to simplify complex molecular structures and reactions, helping students build the confidence they need to excel in their academic and competitive journeys.

My teaching method focuses on making Organic Chemistry easy by building strong foundational concepts. Coming from a Shishumandir background, I value discipline and simplified learning. Currently, I am pursuing B.Ed and preparing for CSIR-NET/GATE, which keeps my knowledge updated with the latest exam patterns.
I don’t believe in rote memorization (ratta-marna). Instead, I explain Reaction Mechanisms and Named Reactions using logical flowcharts and real-life examples. My classes are interactive, where students are encouraged to ask 'why' behind every chemical transformation. Whether you are preparing for Board exams or competitive exams like NEET/JEE, my goal is to help you achieve the same excellent results that my previous home tuition students have consistently delivered.
