About Amith

With more than 6 years of experience teaching Piano, I have worked with students from various backgrounds, including school students, college students, and working professionals. I enjoy helping learners build confidence and discover the joy of making music.

My teaching philosophy is based on encouragement, consistency, and student-centered learning. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I design lessons that help them learn at their own pace while achieving their personal goals.

My classes include piano fundamentals, scales, chords, rhythm development, sight reading, ear training, music theory, finger exercises, and performance preparation. I focus on developing strong musical foundations that support long-term success.

In addition to Piano, I teach keyboard techniques and music reading. I encourage students to explore different musical styles and develop their own creative expression.

Through supportive guidance and structured learning, I help students improve steadily and enjoy the process of learning. My aim is to make every lesson engaging, productive, and rewarding.

About the lesson

My teaching approach combines communication, creativity, flexibility, and patience to provide an enjoyable learning experience for every student. I believe that learning piano should be both educational and inspiring, helping students build confidence while developing strong musical skills.

Students begin by mastering posture, hand coordination, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. Once these basics are comfortable, they continue with scales, chords, dynamics, articulation, pedal techniques, sight reading, expressive playing, and performance preparation.

I encourage students to understand each musical concept rather than memorizing songs. Through demonstrations, listening exercises, and guided practice, students learn how technique and expression work together. Regular feedback ensures continuous improvement.

Lessons include a variety of musical styles based on student interests. Improvisation and accompaniment activities encourage creativity while improving listening skills and musical confidence.

Besides piano, I also teach keyboard fundamentals, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, and beginner composition. These subjects support complete musical development.

My mission is to help students enjoy every lesson, improve steadily, and develop the confidence to continue learning throughout their musical journey.
