About Thisuri
I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, and I have just complete my BA in French & German (language, literature + culture). I am currently fluent in four languages (English, Italian, Sinhala, French) alongside my German studies. I am a native Italian speaker and I have been studying French for 9 years and I'm looking forward to pass on my knowledge and skills in these wonderful languages to other students too. I have tutored in Italian and French before, as well as in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English.

My teaching method for languages is a mixture of speaking, writing and reading exercises. I passionately encourage practising the language through few simple yet useful conversations in Italian throughout the lessons. Various reading exercises to improve pronunciation as well as to make the student more comfortable with the language. I will also be offering regular but short vocab lists to enrich the student's knowledge of Italian vocabulary.
