I love learning and reading a lot. Massive "covert" nerd.
I am co-founding an AI-driven mental health startup.
I've struggled with a number of challenging life experiences (e.g., grief, undiagnosed ADHD, OCD, etc.) and am sensitive and intuitive to different.
Love sports - am learning to box at the moment.

While I understand that life doesn't always go as planned, my sessions are typically cyclic in nature, following a repetitive five-week structure:
Initial - Introduction and getting to know each other so that we can talk freely and confidently without fear of judgment.
Session 1 - Discussion of what you want to achieve from coaching cycle. How you want to feel/be and why.
Session 2 - Root cause analysis and discussion of what is getting in the way of your ambitions.
Session 3 - Discussion of strategies to recognise limiting thoughts/behaviours.
Session 4 - Discussion of resilience-building strategies.
Session 5 - Reevaluation of goals and celebrating where we have come.
