Hi parents and tutees! My name is Milly, lecturer currently teaching A level Media Studies/ Film Studies and BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 Creative Media Production.
Whether you're looking to improve your A level Media exam grade, gain guidance with your critical investigation coursework or improve your practical production, I'm here to help you gain the grades you deserve.
I am also offering support and guidance with BTEC assignments, practical assessments as well as level 2 exam revision.
For the past three years I have been tutoring 6-14 years English to Primary and Secondary level learners to improve English and Literacy skills ready for their GCSE years. I am also available to tutor Maths, English and Science at KS1, KS2, KS3 also. I have also successfully tutored ISEB Entrance Exams and CEM (Durham University) Entrance Exams. (13+ and 11+) in the Derbyshire and Birmingham area.
I can tutor BTEC assignments, written and practical as well as A level coursework and examination preparation. I am also available to give guidance for Undergraduate University submissions where you need may help with structuring written work and essays.
I am flexible about when I can tutor, to work round the schedule of others.
I have a fun and approachable attitude to tutoring. I have gained a good rapport with all my students over the past few years by using a range of fun and innovative teaching techniques. I have access to previous papers and model exam answers, and ensure that I am clued up on exam specifications and changes.
