About Perpetua Ojoma

I am a passionate chef who derives so much joy in cooking. Cooking is an art that has to do with creativity and I have learnt over the years how to create my own recipes from whatever ingredients I have in my kitchen.
I want to teach because I love to pass on my knowledge to other people and to impact lives as well.

About the lesson

Here you will learn ehow to cook different traditional dishes from different part of the nation , Eastern dishes like oha soup,ofe aku, ofe onugbu, ofe nsala, etc ,
Southern foods like ekpan nkuko, afang soup, edikanikong ,banga soup, etc. Western food like Amala, gbegiri,ewedu, Amalafunfun ,etc, northern foods like masa, kwosei, miyan kuka, miyan geda , kunu geda and lot more. You will learn how to cook different types of rice, party jollof, party fried rice, rice and stew, ofada rice and ayamase sauce , etc. My class will be very flexible, entertaining and interactive . You will enjoy it ...
