I structure my classes on what they need to learn according to capabilities. Basic-Mid-Competitive all in fun-way.
Some lessons may include Agility, outdoor ,gym and more of the basic everyday things they should know.
I will guarantee they will pick up basic hockey in weeks provided have passion and right attitude to learn.
