About Jen
I began tutoring in microbiology when I discovered my love for science and helping people. Throughout the nursing program I was a top performer in clinical and in the classroom. I had to continue to adapt to information overload and different studying techniques. I am clinically diagnosed with ADHD and in nursing school I realized how my brain absolutely needs to understand and comprehend disease process alongside medication interactions to perform better in clinical. I discovered many different ways to study, retain, then practice what we learn.
I was solid on practical exams from practicing skills in lab, on patients, but even at home with made up supplies and patients.
My point is, I am passionate and eager to help spread knowledge so we can remember forever what we learn - not just memorize to ensure patients' safety.
